Guns Etc.

I was looking to buy a gun I was unfamiliar with, they took the time to explain positives and negatives and never pushed the gun on me. After showing several options to me I made a choice I am exceptionally happy with. I appreciate the way they treat their customers of which I am now one.

Brought in gun to have sight rail mounted. Told them I needed in back in 10 days. According to counter person that would be no problem. They knew at that time they did not have the part. Called 1 week later . Was told the part had not been ordered but if they had it they could install it immediately also said it would take 7-10 days to get the part. Picked up Hun next day and told them how disappointed I was. Basically told TOUGH we are 2or more weeks behind.
Terrible customer service. Obviously there is no communication within the business.
I will never return and will inform my shooting friends of this encounter
