was refunded immediately.  The dispute in question is that his mom, who has handled the correspondence claims that we refunded the money to the incorrect account. I have on multiple occasions sent her the original order info showing the last 4 digits of the card used to place the order, and the same card info for the refund. I have included the refund authorization number as well. She would not acknowledge that her son had used a different card to place the order, only arguing that it was the incorrect card.
