Review: On February 22, 2013 I sent a shotgun to the company to be repaired. I had used the company before and received normally quick service. I have called many times in the last 3 1/2 months to check on the status of the repair. I made contact with some one I assumed to be the owner a month or so ago and was told the gun was fixed and he would call me right away with the amount that I owed so he could send it back to me. I have yet to hear from him. I have left messages a couple times with no results. The line is busy most of the time when I call, or I get a message explaining when his hours are. I always call during the stated business hours. I don't know what else to do to get a reponse from them and get my gun back. Hopefully a note from the Revdex.com will help.

I would simply like to be told how much I owe for the repair so I can send them a check and get my gun back.

I received the gun two days ago. The company did indeed fix it. Thank you for your help.

Review: I brought a [redacted] shotgun to [redacted] to have the gun "fitted" to me for more comfortable target shooting. [redacted] looked the gun over and had me hold the gun and decided that a stock extension and adjustable shoulder plate would work without modifying the wood stock so as to not permanently affect the gun. [redacted] quoted me $275.00 for the adjustable plate including installation and labor. On March 31st I called to check on the status of my gun and was told by [redacted] that the gun was finished and the total was $573.00. I questioned the over double price and [redacted] responds that he had to modify the stock as well as add the adjustable plate which has permanently changed the gun from the factory design which is exactly what I did not want... Totally unacceptable as well as the gouged pricing???Desired Settlement: I want the extra $278.00 charged and not quoted refunded and I will be a happy customer. I have no problem paying what I expected but to be charged twice the amount quoted and have my gun permanently modified is totally unacceptable and appalling.

Review: I had my firearm shipped here and it arrived on Wednesday March 26th at 9:51 according to UPS. I called two days later and simply asked if they had a chance to look at my firearm yet. They said no. I waited until the following Wednesday, April 2 and tried again. I called during scheduled business hours but got their voicemail, so I left a message with my name and number. I called again, no answer. I called yet again, and this time it sounded as if the phone was disconnected! I called Friday, April 4th at 10:47 A.M. and the line was busy. I am simply trying to find out when my firearm will be returned to me. I don't believe I am asking a whole lot here. This is very unacceptable customer service!Desired Settlement: I paid $459 for this gun AND it came with a warranty, however I was the one who had to pay to ship my firearm out to the gunsmith. I have a receipt from UPS for proof. What good is this warranty? I want my firearm either replaced with a brand new one free of charge, or the one I had shipped to this place COMPLETELY REPAIRED 100% and in WORKING ORDER, and sent back to me.
