I went into buy a growler for my son and paid with my credit card I did not include any tip as I was just picking it up and leaving A few days later, I received an email with a $tip added
My primary concern is that I did not give them my email address and I want to know how they obtained that information?
I also want to know why they added a $tip (this is illegal)
I left phone messages and sent an email with my concern and the company will not respond
in my opinion, this is a scambought a grouponleft voicemail on 2/to call me back for service appointmentcompany can pick any time and date between 3/5-3/8, just leave a msg w/info on my phoneno responsecalled daily 2/20-3/- mailbox is full and cannot accept messagescontacted company via their website - no responsefinally got Frank on the phone on 3/at 5:40pm and scheduled an aptfor 3/at 11:TODAY - company is a no show, no call and mailbox is fullno way to contact companytotal waste of time and moneywould give it a solid stars!!!
