This Mc'Donalds is horrible. I had an incident today. Last time I was there, about a week ago, they had forgotten to include a 10 pc chicken nuggets that I had paid for. I didn't notice that they were missing until I got home. Right after I called them and spoke to the manager, she was very apologetic at the time and stated to come back at another time and she was to write down my name. Today I passed by the drive thru and ordered the chicken nuggets along with some burgers. I told the lady at the window that they should have my name and the chicken nuggets should be free. She came back and stated that she talked to the manager and that I needed to go in. I went in, waited for the order. When I got to the car and checked the bag I noticed the chicken nuggets weren't in the bag. I grabbed the bag and I went back and brought it up to the manager and she tried to tell me that I was lying. I even invited her to my car for her to check. I left the food and left. I have never been so disrespected as a customer in my whole life and will not step foot in this Mc'Donalds again! I will also spread the word around my neighborhood about this place. It's ridiculous! I tried calling back to get the name of the manager and I just kept being hung up on.Order_Number: customer#XXXXXXXXDesired SettlementI want a refund for the order that I paid for which was $21.91. I am also considering taking legal action in the matter.Business Response Unfortunately Ms. [redacted] left out quite a few things, her actions were physically and verbally abusive to my crew team and to my customers. I have two customer witnesses, my shift manager, two cashiers and my maintenance supervisor [redacted] who currently was there on site during the altercation stating she was very belligerent and disrespectful to the staff and more importantly the customers. So this actually what happened - She received her order on the front counter directly from my shift manager [redacted]. However, she stated she was still missing a 10 piece nugget, [redacted] asked are you sure its not in the bag, she then exploded thinking my mgr asked if she was lying. As witnessed by the several everyday customers, my cashier on FC and [redacted] she threw her entire order at the counter towards the manager [redacted]. The food went everywhere. She continued screaming and cursing as if she was having tantrum right in front of my team and a lobby full of customers. She finally stormed out and didn't return. I've reviewed the security footage and it confirmed everything I mentioned. I don't think her actions merit any refund, A no trespass protection against [redacted] is in consideration with the [redacted] police dept.. - however the store manager [redacted] talked with her that same night, she already called in to complain and he responded to that complaint and offered her a full refund, she didn't want to return to the store so he had to get a approval from his supervisor to mail out. However after her actions in the store I will not mail a refund, she can pickup the refund of only $21.91 at this location directly from the store manager at any schedule time between her and the store manager - OwnerConsumer Response Yes I can admit that I could have handle the situation differently. My actions that night weren't the best and just got caught up with the heat of the moment. I just hope they don't treat customers like this again. The manager did contact me for a refund. I'm not interested in one any longer and will accept tress pass protection even though I have not been served one. Last thing I need in my life is problems with the law.
