05-05-2016Mr*** picked upMr*** picked up his trailer from our location at Greene RdSSolon, OH on4-9-and we received a call on April 13, about Mr*** being dissatisfied with his trailerand we immediately had a service technician sent out to his home on April 15,
and tookcare of all of the complaints that Mr*** had with his trailerI talked with him the followingweek and he said he was fine with the repairs that the technician performed and he would havehis wife write a letter to the Revdex.com informing them that he is now satisfied witheverything.We are writing this incase Mr*** wife did not take care of writing a letter yet

The awning arm has been repaired A technician was sent to attempt removal of the scratches caused by Lakota and he was unable to remove the scratches, so they are there permanently Also, the dent in the front of my trailer is still there
