Dropped by to have a catalytic converter replaced. They said it was covered by the insurance company, but in order for the company to cover it, they would have to replace the spark plugs, spark plug wires and ignition coils. All of which added up to the price of a new catalytic converter.(A little over $1000). At the time, I wasn't sure if they were telling the truth or trying to get as much money out of me as possible, but it was urgent for me to get my car back on the road, so I gave them the green light. Call your insurance company and verify with them, so you can be sure they are not lying to you.

When they returned the car, I was happy with the quality of work, but noticed my hood would not open and a small interior panel was missing on the passenger side. They were quick to say it was not their fault and that there was nothing they can do about it. It took 20 minutes of badgering and 15 minutes waiting for the supervisor, to replace the missing panel and reattach the spring that would allow the car hood to open.

I didn't give them any trouble paying for the service, so it's only fair that I ask that they make the repair experience as smooth and problem free as possible. They failed to do so and as a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the trouble.

Pros:
Qualified Technicians that do good work.
Accommodating supervisors.

Cons:
Some representatives who try to pull as much money out of you as possible.
Quick to blame you for mistakes they made.
Refuse to take responsibility for shortcomings, until a supervisor gives them the ok.
