Dear Representative of Revdex.com,Response to rebuttal of Revdex.com Complaint # ***Please note that the order in question was ordered by and shipped to *** LLC previously named *** and is owned by *** ***.The customer insisted Gurit ship material *** Collect using the customer’s account number Gurit warned against shipments using *** Collect and that the customer would take the responsibility once the order left Gurit’s shipping dock Gurit also reviewed with the customer its previous *** collect order that was lost by *** The customer was told as a *** Collect order the liability is on *** As a good faith gesture Gurit replaced this first lost roll and warned *** not to use *** Collect in the future Despite multiple warnings and reminder that Gurit would not replace any material lost in shipment, *** insisted on shipping *** Collect with its customer account # Gurit shipped the order *** Collect using the customer’s account number as requested The order was lost by *** *** was warned about this outcome.Kind Regards,***

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***..
Product was paid for and not received. Gurit handled all shipping and we had no control of the shipment with ***. Gurit completed the shipping process and as a result has to work with *** on the claim. We are unable to even speak to *** since it is on the Gurit accountWhat this comes down to is that the vendor has billed us for product that we never received. Regards,

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  
Gurit was negligent both in how they packed the product as well as neglecting to actually insure the shipment.  Gurit shipped this and billed it to on our [redacted] account but we have absolutely zero recourse with [redacted] because Gurit initiated the shipment, failed to pack it correctly AND failed to insure the product.
