I brought my Hyundai in for service at the Grape Road dealership They did some extra service to the car without asking me and said it was free but they charged me more than they told me they would over the phone When I asked them why they just told me they would look into it and call me back but never did

I purchased a vehicle in January 2016, I was assured the vehicle went through a very thorough inspection, a few months later the rack and pinion steering went out, then after the repair, I took it back because it STILL was not right The parts had "failed" and it was leaking, another repair I was responsible for paying for my rental as I was told "Honda does not help with that.." I was given the run around by different salesmen when I decided to trade the car or sell it I was left sitting in the waiting area for min., the salesman then had the audacity to ask, "where are you going, I was going to put you in a car tonight..." Sorry, my time is valuable Then I was verbally attacked by one of service people because I expressed my disgust with the service I have received, a woman all alone with some guy standing over me Totally inappropriate, I have NEVER been treated so poorly I really thought Gurley Leep would sell me a dependable vehicle that I would feel safe having my family driven around in, joke was on me

Gurley Leep Ford Collision Center is a wonderful place Well run and personable Efficient and clean Excellent work and presentation of vehicle I'm a 5-timer now! I can't imagine going anywhere else Kudos to the employees and their management I might even buy a Ford there some day because of the way I have been treated in the Collision Center However, I would like to state that Gurley Leep GM on Grape Road will never see me again One time I went there for parts and I was not waited on for minutes I left without ever talking to anyone Shame on you guys at Grape Road location No excuse for that If you're that busy, then hire more people Now I go to [redacted] for GM parts They have lost all my business at that location

My wife and I recently purchased an used Fusion from Gurley-Leep We traded in our Focus which we had also bought thereWhen we took delivery of the car we were only given one key Our salesman guaranteed that he would find the second key or he would buy it himself Several months later we still don't have the second key After numerous calls and emails we were told that we would not be given a second key because it was not costed out in the price of the car I was told the salesman does not work at Gurley-Leep anymore so they can't hold him to any promises he made I was told that they would sell me a key at their internal cost- forget that I don't care what I have to pay for another key, I will not go back to Gurley-Leep and if I can keep one person from going there it will be worth it

I purchased my new Nissan Rogue here 3 yrs ago and had always been happy with their service until last week. I took it there to have an oil change and they called and said it was due to change the brake fluid and differential fluid. I was told the price would be $100 for one and $139 for the other. I told him to go ahead and do them. When I picked up the car the bill was $496. I was shocked. I asked the service rep and she didn't have a good answer as to why it was so high. The oil change with coupons was $4.95. I asked to talk to the service manager but was told he wasn't available and I had to get back to work. I called about an hour later and he still was unavailable so I left a message. He called me and said he would look into it and call me back. Well it's been 5 days and have yet been able to talk to him. I've called 8 times over the last 5 days and his employees have left messages and have even texted him. Believe me I will never but another vehicle from any Gurley Leep dealership again.

I guess I spoke to soon that the issue had been resolved on the original posting of 11/30/15. I hasn't!!! The service manager did not live up to his word. (see below)

Over 2 weeks after that Nathan J the service manager called and told me that if I would delete the review I had posted on several websites that he would give me a total refund (although I only want the amount I was over charged) and he gave me his word on that! I deleted all the postings that I could and on the rest I stated that the issue had been resolved. He said that he would call me when his IT guy had confirmed that. Well as of today 1/29/16 I still haven't heard anything from Nathan. So much for his "word".

Gurley Leep Ford Collision Center is a wonderful place. Well run and personable. Efficient and clean. Excellent work and presentation of vehicle. I'm a 5-timer now! I can't imagine going anywhere else. Kudos to the employees and their management. I might even buy a Ford there some day because of the way I have been treated in the Collision Center.

However, I would like to state that Gurley Leep GM on Grape Road will never see me again. One time I went there for parts and I was not waited on for 20 minutes. Do not buy a car from Gurley Leep. I live 150 miles away from their dealership. Over the phone they put a deal together with me for a car. Based on their promise I traveled the miles to buy from them. I paid them the first month lease on a specific car they found for me. I was to come back when the car was delivered. Within 30 minutes they called and told me they couldn't do that deal. The new deal was an additional $2000 down and $75 more per month. I have excellent credit and they did the Bait and Switch on me. Either they are crooks or just very stupid and unorganized. I think they are crooks. They make deals and don't stand behind them. No wonder they have negative reviews all over the Internet.
