Review: [redacted] asked me to pre-pay $390 for concrete sealing work. This was in May 2014. We have had many conversations with him asking for our refund since he claimed they are too busy to do the work. Has never come through with the refund. I have also contacted the attorney generals office for contractor fraud and the state licensing board. He will not answer my calls nor return messages.Desired Settlement: Refund of our payment.

Review: [redacted] didn't finish acid washing bricks he installed in our back yard. He only needs to wash about a four foot section. I have called and texted him many times and he refuses to even answer me.Desired Settlement: I want him to finish the job. It should only take a few minutes.

He said he will come do the small amount of work but has never done it. He needs to tell me after he does it.

My work, Benchmark Group LLC, in Baton Rouge was contacted to do some work for Gurley at Southern University. We did the work requested and he never paid his invoice. We tried for months to get paid before we brought a legal suit against him in New Orleans. It has not been settled and probably never will. He has not responded to any court papers. Be wary! Get paid in advance is the best advice and if he doesn't want to do that, then have him bring his business elsewhere.
