I didn't see any response from Gurstel C[redacted]

My son owed on student loans,that did NOT cosign on. We both have the same name,but differant birthdays and social security numbers. This company chose to garnish my wages,without properly checking which tony they were garnishing!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me at the present time. I did have to retain a lawyer to protect my interests. I am optimistic that once they review the information provided that they will respond favorably. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

This place has harassed me for years, I have asked for documented proof on their claims and I get no response until after the fact. Then suddenly my wages are being garnished. They work in collaboration with Aguia Fria Justice Court "Joe [redacted]" and deny people their rights to "Due Process" which is, last I checked, a Constitutional right, people should be afforded the right to know what is happening with their private information. I was never notified about anything until after the fact and now my wages are being garnished for a debt that I never produced. This is legalized crime. I know that there is a way to complain against a judge in Arizona, I will submit that as well against G[redacted].
