July 23, Dear Revdex.com:I have thoroughly read the complaint submitted by [redacted] I understand her side of the problem but our driver, Akhtar simply made a mistakeHe accidently gave the wrong total and apologized for the misunderstandingAlso Guru Limo LLC did not say that the bill will be roughly around $as stated in the complaint [redacted] Rental Car at [redacted] Airport had told [redacted] it would be around that rangeGuru Limo LLC only said that it will be $2.50/mile.After Akhtar told her the actual total, [redacted] said “I don’t want to go back to the ATM just because you made a mistake.” To settle the dispute we will refund the dispute amount of $and the 10% tip amount of $In total we will refund $to [redacted] and we again apologize for the misunderstanding.I was present during the conversation via phoneBoth [redacted] and Akhtar were very professional while they were trying to settle the argument-Guru Limo LLC is a business that is run by an individual as a single car businessThis is our very first complaint and I will try my best to prevent any future issuesI hope that BetterBusiness Bureau will review and understand both sides of the situation and come up with a just solutioniThank you for your time

Limo LLC did not say that the bill will be roughly around $250 as stated in the complaint. [redacted] Rental Car at [redacted] Airport had told [redacted] it would be around that range. Guru Limo LLC only said that it will be $2.50/mile.After Akhtar told her the actual total, [redacted] said “I don’t want to go back to the ATM just because you made a mistake.” To settle the dispute we will refund the dispute amount of $100.00 and the 10% tip amount of $30.00. In total we will refund $130.00 to [redacted] and we again apologize for the misunderstanding.I was present during the conversation via phone. Both [redacted] and Akhtar were very professional while they were trying to settle the argument. -Guru Limo LLC is a business that is run by an individual as a single car business. This is our very first complaint and I will try my best to prevent any future issues.
