I am rejecting this response because:
Dear Revdex.com: These people sent me an email saying that I should open immediately ----which I didThe email was made to look as if it came from MicrosoftI made the mistake and opened the email after which my computer would not workA voice kept repeating that I should call a telephone number to get help I did and was told that it would cost $to correct the problem which in my current view was created by the party offering to correct the problemI OK the fix and gave my credit card numberWhen my local computer expert came byand I showed him the email, he immediately stated that the whole set up was a farce and that I should contact Revdex.com and report the problem.Since I am not pleased with incident and because the Guru people have offered to make a return of my money, I accept the return of $as a credit to my credit cardThank you for your help.

Hi [redacted]Sorry for all the missed calls today.  This is our response to the customer compliant.The customer called us on 4/11/2016 with regards to the slow operation of his computer. Our representative diagnosed the problem and found out that his computer was infected with some viruses and...

software errors. The technician explained to the client that we can fix the issue at a charge of USD 199.99. The customer was informed that payment will be due AFTER his computer has been fixed and after he concurs his problem has been resolved.  Please note that we never take payment before the work has been done and the problem solved.  As a credible company, we do this in good faith and we run the risk that after the customer has had a computer fixed, they would disconnect without making a payment.The work was completed in 1hr and 48 minutes and the customer was informed to check the performance. He was satisfied with the work, signed the agreement and paid USD 199.99.  This amount not only covers the time spent fixing the issues, but also covers unlimited technical support for an entire year. The customer was provided our Customer Support number for unlimited support should he require assistance during the one year contract term.  If the customer is unhappy with our service, we are happy to refund the initial $199.99, however, we are not responsible for any other pop-ups the customer decided to click on which may have infected his computer and we are not responsible to reimburse charges he incurred due to this.  The telephone number Mr. [redacted] listed in his email is not a number associated with GuruTeks LLC.  Reputable companies such as ourselves, Microsoft, Norton etc. do not advertise with pop-ups nor do they solicit via phone calls.  It is quite common when clients follow these pop-ups that they will be given the story of a virus that was installed by the previous company and now they have to fix it.  This is just one way of taking money from customers and yes, in the words of Mr. [redacted] "this type of business is not proper."I am also attaching contract document for your reference.Regards[redacted]
