About six or seven weeks ago I took my *** to Gus brown service for service The service department said they ordered parts for my seats because they were coming loose and the heated seat was not working Two weeks later I phoned to see what was going on with the parts Left a message for the person that ordered the parts No reply! Two weeks later I phoned again and complained to the service department and left another message for the person that ordered the parts Phoned again today six and a half weeks later to find out what is going on They told me they wanted my name so they could look for my parts I told them (why bother your service sucks I phoned you twice in four weeks and no return call.) I finally talked to the person that made the parts work order and all she could say was she was sorry I told her I could have ordered and received a new truck in this amount of time Not even a call back to return my call in six weeks Will never buy
