Terrible businessThey never follow through on their wordThey lie, cheat, and scam you out of your money just to sell a carI would never recommend anyone buy a car from this dealershipEven if you think they are given you a deal, trust me by the time you leave there they will steal all your money

I recently purchased a 2016 ford F150 from [redacted] Ford-Kendall. I was highly disappointed by the service. To begin with I was negotiating the vehicle price with my salesman he got very angry when he caught me looking at the Internet prices on my phone. We got into an argument and he became very frustrated. however because the price listed on the Internet was much cheaper then the vehicle I found they had to accommodate me with that price. After we went to the finance manager, it was one week from Veterans Day and I identified myself as a member of the Armed Forces hoping that I would be treated fairly. I declined gap insurance and extra coverages and told the manager that I am a mechanic and I am declining any extra maintenance costs. I was happy with the outcome until we got to the APR, it was higher than I would've liked but the finance manager told me if I signed today at that APR that he would give me for free a 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty as a gift. With that my wife and I were very excited and agreed to the vehicle price. Later I became distracted by my wife and infant son who had become increasingly aggravated at the duration of our stay. I was in a hurry and ran through the final paperwork to get out of the dealership. Everything seemed in order so we finished our business and I took the truck home. I went out of town for military business and when I returned I looked over everything to make sure the contract was in order. I noticed a section where they added a $2500, 100k mile extension to my warranty and an almost $400 fee for a service contract. I called a friend of mine in sales and went over the contract with her line by line to make sure that what I was seeing was correct that they snuck in charges at the end. She confirmed my suspicion and I went back to the dealership eight days after my purchase. I spoke to the finance manager who sold me the vehicle and he denied saying that the warranty was free, he told me he would match the powertrain warranty at a cost and I told him that was untrue. He said it was a misunderstanding and if I came back in a month with my first bill and account number they would remove the charges. I asked for a copy of the warranty contract because I never signed one and he printed me out a copy of the paper I had never seen nor signed. He was also unable to produce me a signed copy and after he printed the contract he tried to put a few of the papers up on his desk and only gave me the front page. I asked what those pages were and he said it's something they don't give to customers. I took it off his desk and after reviewing it, it was the terms and conditions for canceling the contract stating if I came back after 30 days there was a processing fee to cancel. I left the dealership and did some research. I went back to the dealership the next day and I asked to speak to the general manager. I was repeatedly denied and after explaining why I wanted to speak to him they directed me to the finance director. I again identified myself as a veteran and that I felt I had been cheated by one of her employees, she was defensive which I guess I can understand because I am an outsider and that is her staff. I explained in detail what had happened and I asked her to provide me a signed copy of the maintenance contract that I supposedly agreed to, they were unable to produce it which leads me to believe it was forged. I was told they complete them after-the-fact which doesn't make sense if I needed to sign it. She proceeded to tell me that it's not their fault I couldn't see this exceptional value, and I replied if it's so exceptional why do you have to sneak it in the contract. I told her that they are dishonest and she said well you signed the vehicle purchase paperwork and I told her yes because I was distracted but I never saw the service contract or agreed to it. It added almost $3400 to the total cost and I could take that off the top of the vehicle to lessen my monthly payments. She said they didn't lie and I clearly signed the paperwork and I told her you don't have to lie to be dishonest but that they were in fact dishonest. when I asked why they hid the contract fine print she said they normally keep those pages. I told her that doesn't make sense it's the cancellation and refund paperwork on how to get your money back and even file a claim. After that she helped me file the paperwork to cancel my service contract for a full refund and she kept telling me what a deal I was letting go I told her I am a mechanic and I had worked at a Chrysler dealership and I understand how these go, she questioned me to explain to her how it went and so I told her how about we complete this cancellation paperwork.
