They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it The pricing was extremely fair and everyone was considerate and polite They are very professional and they will be our first call for all future A/C, heating or plumbing issues They really do put their customers first and treat them with respect Great experience doing business with them

Purchased a new Rinnai water heaeter AND a complete, new HVAC system last Fall. We hadn't tried the air conditioner until a few weeks ago. AC unit would not work. Took a WEEK for a tech to come over to discover an improperly connected wire in the thermostat.

Noticed yesterday that the condensate pump was not working, and called - even during business hours. No return call. Fortunately, the tech who had repaired the faulty thermostat wiring, had left his personal cell number and asked us to call HIM if we had another issue. We did that. Tech guy showed up and replaced the pump.

Three separate times TODAY I called the shop, only to get the answering machine. Left my name and number and explained the problem. NO return calls.

Seems that they want to sell stuff but don't have any desire to return a customer's calls.

Hope we don't have any other problems, cuz Gus Mare isn't reliable or courteous enough to return a phone call..
