Regional Manager did make contact last night to notify me that he will be personally coming to see the problems with the windows. No date has been set yet, and still waiting on this matter to be resolved. Will know more once a time is set and I meet with the regional sales manager. Case is still open and pending until fully resolved.I accept the reply in terms of someone did contact me to notify me that they received the complaint and are trying to work on resolving it. I spoke with the regional manager of Window World of Springfield who stated they were looking into all the complaints and piles of paperwork to resolve the problem as soon as possible. When I asked if my windows had been delivered to the warehouse the assured me that they were not. When asked how I would like this problem resolved I stated I would like my order to be processed and the job completed as contracted. The regional manager assured me he would contact me as soon as he could and get the job completed. I am waiting for the company to contact me. I now feel it has been long enough for a reply and have not received any written or verbal response and would like some conformation as soon as possible. I am getting frustrated at a no response. Please respond and tell me what I need to do next to get this costly problem resolved as soon as possible.
