I was going to buy a car from this dealership, I put 400$ cash down payment and my Ford [redacted] down for trade in towards a car from themThe dealership let me test drive the car for a few days, the car ended up breaking downThe dealership gave me a different car until the first initial one for fixed, the second car had problems as well and the salewoman stated she thought it had problems so the salewoman gave me a Ford [redacted] xlt to 'test drive' until I got my taxes back and decided if I wanted a car from themThe salewoman got ahold of me and was trying to make me sign off on this Ford [redacted] xlt in which I didn't want so I told her to just come get the vehicle and I had changed my mind since they were being pushy about the [redacted] This was all in the last weeks mind youWhen they came to get the [redacted] from my driveway I was not home and the driver was supposed to leave the references paper that I signed in my mailbox in which it never got left as well as the sa
I'm really not impressed with the service I received I called asking questions about the fresh start program and was very interested in a couple vehicles they had listed I was asked how much I could put on a down payment and I told the women what I was comfortable with but would be willing to do more She then proceeded to to tell me that she will see what she can do and that she needed to talk to her manager and I would be called backI never received a phone call back but I made several attempts to call back and leave a voice messageI still did not receive any phone callsI then spoke to a second person about it and was told the same thing I was told from the first person Never got a call backIt has been a month now and I'm still without a vehicle with my daughter living hours away from me I was made to feel and believe my money wasn't good enough for this businessVery upsetting
