patio doors to ensure he liked the colorI also asked if his wife would be willing to look at the colorHe indicated his wife wasn't home but confirmed he would be the one approving the colorThe customer claimed in his complaint that he was able to better evaluate the doors that evening with his wifeOnce payment was received, the customer called me and said he wasn't satisfied with the workI asked him how he was able to evaluate the job better in the evening versus daylightHe then stated his wife did not like the colorI told him I was willing to come back for a fee to change the color. After he refused my offer, he accused me of damaging the inside tiles however the work that was done was to the outside of his doorsBecause the homeowner does not want us back to the property, our company feels that there is nothing more we can do to please this customer
