The gussini shoes at pg plaza has a no refund policy I understand but when I ask you for my money back and I don't want the item you should give it back to me since I did not receive my change or my receipt the cashier was just holding my money and refusing to give it back to me I no longer wanted the item and also I was overchargedby a few dollars, my receipt has$8.50 on it when one of the items said $5.99 I refuse to go in that store ever again and I go often that policy needs to be changed I have bought two pairs of shoes from there and both pairs I cannot wear because the heel part of the shoe is not attached to the shoe anymore.
