We regret that it took [redacted]'s complaint to the Revdex.com to remind us of the ongoing issue. There is no excuse. We have contacted [redacted] and are scheduled to attempt to resolve the noise caused by the solenoid valve in the humidifier Friday...
the 17th. Although the noise is quite common in humidifier installations, it is especially bothersome in this case. We have consulted with the manufacturer, the distributor as well as plumbing contractors and will implement several suggested remedies this Friday.

Issue with noise was resolved July 17, 2015. Interoffice communication is under review in order to prevent future oversights.
