I have just had work completed by Green Serv Pro (tree removal and stump grind down below grade) The folks at the company are very nice, professional, timely, competitive and they are insured I give Larry S*** and their entire team an A++ rating! Thanks guys :>)
This company has went downhill from the where they barely stood in the beginning! We are a military family and with me being pregnant and my husband away we decided to get lawn care servicesAt first it was ok but then I started receiving work that was partly performed and then disrespectful things were happening like our back gates being left open, mulch trails being left, tree branches left in the yard as well as trash and they stepped onot and broke our plants and they weren't doing all of the work I was paying for! I gave them several chances yet I received horrible customer service and even though I canceled my service they tried to deny that I called in to cancel! Luckily, my uncle and aunts are lawyers and I know to record my phone conversations and now I'm trying to get a resolution of them charging me for services that were not performed! I've already had a consultation with my lawyers and we'll go from thereSave yourself the trouble and don't do it!

I am another victim of their modus operandi-charging customers for job not doneI cancelled their service coz it took so long to get a quote from them, Little John's lawncare did it the next day, for which I paid $61.00, with pix attached to show the actual job doneI live out of stateThis company sent us a bill for $and when asked to provide proof of work, to clear out the confusion, they sent pix of the broken sprinkler headThat was it How can they fix something that was already done by a reliable company?? Unfortunately, my husband paid them promptly without asking meWhen I confronted them with the issue, they insist on having done the job, with not much evidence to show forThey are a disgrace to their profession! No moral compass! They don't seem to be fazed by bad reviews, they keep perpetuating their deceitful actsWhat goes around, comes around
