Gutierrez Auto Repair & Detail Shop

Review: I paid $3500 to C[redacted] owner of the shop to fix all dents on my truck then repaint the entire truck and Rhino line the truck bed. I also payed Mr.G[redacted] another $500 for a brand new tailgate, then another $500 to fix the tail lights that he had already said he would fix when I payed him months earlier to put in a new engine. I was told several times to come get my truck because it was done. It was never done. The dents I payed to fix are still there and they even gave me a new dent. They lost my hubcap, decal letters, bent the moldings,did not fix the tail lights and I had to pay another shop $600 to actually fix and there isn't even a power wire in the spot it goes in the tail light up on the cab. The chips and scratches were not repaired and the painting that they did looks like a 5 year old with finger paints. I had seen a few other cars come out of paint there and they looked great. Mine however is far from great. Its worse now then when it went in. His body guy was in and out of jail so he said and stealing from him so he (C[redacted]) said he was going to hire someone else. He the re-hird the same guy and I brought my truck back and within two days they called and said it was done to come get it. Notone thing out of the 150+ spots that I had maked were still there needing repair. He had said he would get someone else to re do the entire thing and to give him a call but I am done wasting my time and $5000 for nothing. This shop should be shut down.Desired Settlement: I am raquesting ALL OF MY MONEY BACK $5000. I have given this shop 3-4 times to make it right but they do and say the same thing every time. It's done come get it".
