[redacted] completed over $23k worth of grading, retaining walls and concrete pours at my home in Rancho Cucamonga between Oct and Jan Two of the three concrete pours had significant spider cracking issues that showed up within to months from the pour dates [redacted] personally inspected the slabs and stated that he had experienced other similar issues using this same ready mix supplier He agreed to replace the worst areas that were impeding the planned work for my outdoor kitchen On August 10th, 2016, approximately sfof concrete was replaced using a different ready mix supplier and those slabs are great My issue is that I still have over sfof severely cracked concrete that needs to be replaced I have texts from [redacted] stating that he would replace the remaining areas and "make it right",but after stalling me for months he finally went dark and would not return my calls or texts I believe he ran into problems collecting any warranty money from the re

I have not received my deposit back of $I have been very patient and tried to give *** and the two companies he works for time to return my moneyHe now will not return or answer any of my calls or text
