Said we would try to open temporary again. Rod 2 men 5.5 hours approximately. Customer had sewer backed up in driveway. Could not get cable rod loose due to fact of major blockage or a collapsed pipe. Problem needs to be corrected as stated before. Water still coming up just the same as first visit. Went to locate three times and third time was no charge. Sewer full of roots unable to clear. Need rod out station and had to leave cable in due to sewer problems. Talked to Mrs. [redacted] today 3/16/16 stated would send crew out this morning to attempt to pull cable out but they would still have the same issue.

There was no guarantee there was a break and we could not locate 100%. Customer did not want us to break up the floor to find the leak. Customer also stated in his testimony that another plumbing company broke up the floor but in a different location so there was a leak just in another...

location.  The $149.00 was for a service call due to water meter spinning that is what he was charge was for. Customer was aware of charge before us arriving to location.
