We have providing proof that we did update the system and the problem exists within TransUnion and how fast they respond to our updates. In fact if our customer would payoff the past due balance we could update the history to show no balance.

see from the attached document Capital Auto did not make the changes to my credit report as they claim. As of today the credit report still lists it as a repossession. Yesterday I received a email from them saying contact us. That is the only response I have received from them since the car accident. I responded back to their email letting them know that I will only correspond with them via email or postal service because I would like a paper trail.

We were notified on Feb 7 2017 about incorrect reporting of repossessed vehicle, We did update the record on Feb 28, 2017 to reflect that this is a bad debt and that we have obtain a money judgement against [redacted] [redacted]. We corrected the information in under 30 days.
