Gutman Management

A truly terrible company. My experience with Gutman Management has left me traumatized. It has been absolutely frustrating to deal with them. Mark kept forgetting to return my calls and when we did connect he did not remember what we had discussed. He was rude and condescending. They are disorganized and scattered. The receptionist is very rude. To top it off, the will squeeze every last penny out of you, blame you for any issues that arise even if they are clearly in the wrong. If something is unclear, the blame is on you. I am in absolute shock at the lack of integrity and respect this company has shown me. Avoid this company at all costs.

Totally unprofessional in every dealing. I don't recommend working with them or living in a building they manage. The manager is "too busy" to speak with me over the phone and could no call me back to answer my questions. Again, stay away from Gutman Management, Co.
