This law firm represents slum lords The building I lived In was run by a crook twin parks management slums the women running the rat infested building was brought up on charges. They hold cases even though the law says after seven years you can be forgiven of the debt, This law firm had staffers that stole social security numbers of those In debt to slum lords. They are legal predators.

The lawyers at this law firm have to be scam artists. I've been paying my rent in cash through a rental card and now they are threatening to evict me. Claiming I haven't been paying rent at all. This is the second time they have done this to my family and I and something has to be done.

Review: I've never done business with them. I was renting from a management company in 2006 for a short period of time before I went to housing court to terminate my lease due to an apartment that was not renovated properly before I moved in. Either way, I took this management company to housing court and won.The management company clearly was not happy. 4 years later they tried to garnish wages from my salary unsuccessfully. Then once they realized that they were on a losing end, they contacted Century Credit & Collections. Through this management company, they obtained my social security number and twice in 2010, this company applied inquiries to my report, without my permission. I had to place a security freeze on my report because this company is relentless in damaging my credit report.Century Credit & Collections are behaving unprofessionally and will clearly do anything to make money. Kind of reminds me of the housing crisis with the sub prime loans. Consumers....protect yourself.Desired Settlement: I would like this collection agency to stop harassing me and most importantly to stop using my social security number that I never gave to them or have ever authorized them to use. They are lowering my credit score purposely however, I've already resolved this issues with all of the credit bureaus. Please ask them to stop committing IDENTITY THEFT...that is using a person's social security number without their authorization.Thank you.
