We had gutters installed by [redacted] from Gutter Brothers and we also have problems with leaks Only one spout for the whole back It leaks during rain We have called many times, always with promises but [redacted] never shows up They were installed in November and to this date we are very dissatisfied Avoid this company

I had a roof replaced by this company July 2014, and it's leaking- my ceiling is caved-in I have left numerous voice-mail messages/emails and have not received a call backI have a month-old whose room is on that level where the roof was repaired I am fearful that the roof will eventually collapse and my family is at risk of being injured because I could not reach the company for the past several months I have been unsuccessful in reaching this company and the issue is getting worse I have sent photos to the Gutter Brothers as well, but to no availI have a 10-year warranty for labor and years for shingles, but I can not reach the company and no one is calling me backThis is unacceptableI am extremely concerned about the safety of my family and the caregiver in my homeI NEED my roof repaired because it could seriously be a matter of a life-threatening injury
