I JUST SPOKE TO MR [redacted] ON 12/20/AT 2:00PM AND ALL ISSUES ARE RESOLVED

On 8/20, Wayne from Gutter Doctor called me up and explained to me that their Gutter Doctor crew was on site on 8/as promised to install the remaining feet of gutter guards at the back of my houseI was home the whole day and I did not see anybody work on my gutters.No one rang my doorbell and let me know they were working on my roof which they normally do.So Wayne promised to come by my house the next day to check out the gutters himself.On 8/21, Wayne showed up and took his ladder to check the back gutters and he was right,gutter guards were indeed installed and he even took a picture to show me.I would like to thank Wayne and Gutter Doctor for going over and beyond to make everything rightPlease close this complaint as Gutter Doctor have completed the jobRegards [redacted]

Mr*** contacted us to have his gutters cleaned on October 27, The work was completed on November 1, Upon completion of the work for the customers that are not home, we provide a follow up report of the work completed that day We informed him that the new gutter
that he had installed by another contractor was not secured properly and that's why the water was running behind gutter and down the wall He informed us that he would contact the contractor that did the work and after everything was corrected, he would send payment As per the contractor, the gutters were not cleaned Now it is November 29th, which is almost a month after our service was completed, and he stated that when the other contractor came back to correct the gutter problem that the gutters still and debris in them Over that period of time, about a month, we have had numerous storms, he lives in a heavy tree area, and new debris is going to form We then offered him a courtesy cleaning at no charge which he refused and proceeded to be irate At that point, we told him we would not charge him for the first gutter cleaning which was $but that he would be responsible of a trip charge of $ That was not satisfactory to him At that point, we waived all charges The following day, he proceeded to call my office numerous times prior to us opening and leaving nasty messages on our machine Our goal is to make 100% satisfied We did everything possible to accommodate Mr***. Marc GoldGutter Doctor

Gutter Doctor spoke with *** *** todayWe informed him we will be out within the next couple of days to correct the problem he is havingFrom the pictures we have, it does not look like it is a default in workmanshipHowever, it does appear as though the gutters were pushed out of
alignment from ice and snowWe will correct the problem and follow up with *** *** to make sure he is satisfied
