Gutter Dome of NC

I was sold the Gutterdome product by the CEO/[redacted]. I was advised there was a warranty in writing and verbally that if the product failed the company would stand behind the product and fix the problem. I piece of the Gutterdome came off and my gutter is full of leaves and is 3 stories up on the part of home that failed. The Gutterdome needs to be taken off to clean out the Gutters and properly reinstalled. I have made 4 phone calls/voicemails to [redacted]/CEO's cell phone, called his office which they direct me back to his cell phone, emailed 4 times and texted his cell phone. I've done this over a couple weeks and no replies. I'm simply just looking or him to fulfill our verbal and written agreement to assist with a product that failed.Thank You, [redacted]Product_Or_Service: GutterdomeDesired SettlementAs stated above would like gutter cleaned out and piece reinstalled to not fail so leaves do not clog my gutters, because that is the job of the Gutterdome and the written and verbal agreement.
