I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory When I asked to speak to the person that owns/runs the business, Vincent said it was a family run business and that there was no one else with whom to speak I am relieved to hear that Vincent is no longer employed there due to his highly unethical conduct I believe the "contract" sheet written up as an estimate was sneaky and requires significant revision so Gutter Gurus can no longer take advantage of future customers We look forward to recieving a full refund.As a final request, we want our complaint posted so future customers can make a more informed decision

This is the first I am hearing of this. After investigating the situation and finding out how it was handled It is unfortunate that the customer was unsatisfied with the work she contracted with us. This is one of only a very few complaints about our company. We would like to offer a full refund for...

the work we did. The representative did not represent himself the way our company wants to be represented and is no longer working with us.  If there is anything else we can do, please let me know!
