Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although replacement Gutter Helmet Panels were reinstalled on Monday 10/12/ On the very next day Tuesday 10/13/the new panels are popping up I have contacted Gutter Helmet again to come back and fix the issueDan from Gutter Helmet has committed to come back out to the site on Tuesday 10/20/between 9:30-10:00AM He stated he would bring out a crew to fix and he will remain on site to ensure all issues are fixed I am requesting that this Complaint to remain open until all issues are completely and satisfactorily resolved Sincerely, [redacted]
