Thank you [redacted] for contacting us in regards to your concerns surrounding your installation. It is our number one goal to provide excellent customer service, installation, and support. It was brought to our attention that a section of material was left on your roof for in which as we... addressed immediately to our installation crew. We expressed our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We dispatched our installers the very next morning we were made aware of the situation on 6/3/2016. The following day after your installation. All calls are monitored in our offices and we received no additional phone calls regarding this water concerns until 7/25/2016. The day of your scheduled service to address your concerns on July 26th, 2016 our installation crew members were on an installation that ended up being a larger job than originally anticipated. Once our office was made aware of the situation we contacted you immediately to educate in reference for the delay with our sincerest apologies, however we dispatched an installer the next day. Our master installer have found that the overshooting as advised by you there has always been the issue of over shooting in this area. Our master installer inspected the entire area and pulled the Gutter Helmet panels back to allow more water intake in the gutters. This can be an issue as you have found over the years at the valleys causing more water coming down two slopes in the roofing structure. We have used a perforated paneling in which allows more water intake. Upon completion you signed our service ticket as documentation the work was finalized to your satisfaction. Again, we at Gutter Helmet Denver express our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience and if there is any service that is ever required please do not hesitate to contact us directly as we pride ourselves on fast responds to all of our Gutter Helmet customers. I have replied two times now. I hope this one goes through. Gutter Helmet doesn't want to address the over run off. water that don't go in gutter because of the Gutter helmet.
