Gutter Helmet of Northwest Ohio

These are great products to keep leaves and junk from blocking the gutters and downspouts. My problem is the ice that forms is very dangerous. Ice so long my door hits them when opening it. When they come crashing down they could hurt someone or worse. All over my house I get ice hanging that is 1-3 feet long. Apparently according to their web site there is a low voltage heated guard. Sounds like this is the last thing to try. Six years of phone calls to them, and yes they have tried fixing the situation, but we are still not happy as the ice buildup is awful.

Great work by friendly guys. The price was great and so was the workmanship. I would recommend if you need new gutters.

We decided to have Gutter Helmet installed on our entire house. The job was performed in a timely manner, quality workmanship, and good installers. They cleaned up everything after they were finished. So far we are very satisfied and would highly recommend Gutter Helmet.

My sales Lady was absolutely professional and well informed on the product I was interested in. I chose the gutter covers. On the day of installation, the installer arrived on time and worked non-stop all day. He cleaned up all the debris and left my yard immaculate. My Covers are barely noticeable. Love them.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The installers did an excellent job with the installation and especially cleanup! The reason for only 4 stars is because we are still in contact with Seagate regarding one small unique area that is not handling the rain quite right. All in all, we are very satisfied with the finished project and it looks great.

I have been doing business with Seagate Roofing for many years and decided to try their Gutter Helmet product. As always, they did a flawless job for a fair price and I am very pleased with my new Gutter Helmet system. Before installation of the Gutter Helmet system I had to clean my gutters every couple of months due to all of the trees around my house. Now I'll never have to clean them again. Seagate/Gutter Helmet installed new seamless gutters with a leaf guard system, These were 50ft seamless runs which means no more leaks or clogged gutters for me. The installers did a very good job and cleaned up all materials when they left. The wife and I are very pleased.

Had new gutters put up they are very nice just what I hoped for. Installers were friendly, quick & left the scrap just how we discussed. The sales lady was great too!

What a wonderful experience! I was unsure of having gutter guards installed. My neighbors had them and I didn't think they were very attractive, but MINE ARE. Everyone is very friendly and prompt in responding to inquiries or questions. Clean up of the site was perfect and there was even a follow up call to see if I was satisfied.
