Gutter Pro of WV and this Consumer have agreed upon a solution. Unfortunately, it has not been resolved. We sent our installers out to the residence on January 26th, 2017 and installed the job, however, it was not to the consumers satisfaction due to aesthetic appeal. Once this information was relayed to our representative, he went back out to address the consumer's concern. At this time more photos were taken and information acquired. On January 7, 2016 we went to [redacted] home and did the problem area she wanted fixed to her satisfaction. She then signed off on her contract as work done as she wanted.
