Review: The phone number provided for contact is out of service.During the month of March, I called the number on the business card and talked to a woman and asked to have someone come out and look at the recently installed gutter(done in October, 2013), which seemed to be leading to a roof leak from the melting snow.She said that no one was available until April 30. She agreed to pass the call to someone covering for the owner, who was in Florida. No one called and so I decided to call again in June and I keep getting a "full mailbox" response to my phone calls.All I would like is for someone to come out and repair the piece of gutter that I think was installed improperly. At the time of installation and full payment of services,I was told that there was a lifetime guarantee on the installation and that they stand behind their work.Desired Settlement: I would like the gutter piece that goes under the shingle installed correctly.

Review: We signed a contract and gave a $100 deposit on November 20, 2012 for installation the first week of December. When we didn't hear from them by the second week of December we called and they scheduled an installation for that week. They never showed up and they never called to reschedule. We called again, but our calls were not returned. We were now into winter and when someone finally answered the phone we were told they were closed for the winter and that they would contact the owner to call us. Again, no one ever called. In the spring we called again and were told that the owner would call us back. We never heard from from him. At this point we no longer had faith in doing business with this company. No one returned our calls and when I told the person who answered the phone we wanted to cancel the order, we got a call from [redacted] stating that they would do the job now, and we said no because of the lack of interest and because of lack of communication on their part. At that time he asked us to think it over and he would call us back. He did call back and we told him that we didn't feel comfortable doing busines with him and asked for our $l00 deposit. This has been going on for months and Mr. [redacted] promised to send us the check two and half weeks ago. We still haven't received the check and now no one answers the phone when I call.

Review: This company agreed to Install and clean gutters on my Mother's home in Connecticut on October 15, 2009. The deposit for work prior to them arriving was $100.00 which was paid by check # [redacted]. When the workmen arrived they informed her that due the age and style of roofline of house the work contracted could not be done and to call their office to get her deposit back. She has called repeatedly over all this time with original receipt in hand and has been shuffled around or told check will be sent and still nothing. I realize some time has passed: that does not excuse this company from making good on the refund and to not bully an older person assuming she would just give up. After several recent attempts to call this company and no answer , I finally got a beep of a recorder and left a message. A woman [redacted]? called on October 31 and let us know they were closed for the winter and she would let her boss know to call and correct this problem. She also informed us she was new and her boss was at a conference and in meetings all day. This was difficult to believe and I did inform her that I was requesting an immediate refund and especially due to the company taking advantage of Mother I would make a report online to the Revdex.com if the call did not come from her boss with guaranteed refund.Desired Settlement: Cashiers check sent by certified mail signature required to my Mother at her winter address below.
