included in my contract dated 7/22/14.  I would be happy to provide a copy. Since filing this complaint he has been a no-show 6 times to complete his work. He has not attempted to contact me once yet I call the business almost daily and speak to his secretary Nikki to see when he will actually come.

Review: Have been a no- show 4 times. Arrived 90 minutes late on day of installation. After 1 year of numerous calls to them (post installation) to finish the job they still haven't. My mistake for paying in full. I am still waiting to have all underground adaptors installed.Desired Settlement: Install underground adaptors on all gutters as per contract and maintain seamless gutters. Do not cut the diwnspouts to install the adaptors because I purchased all gutters new from them and were guaranteed seamless, as stated in contract
