give me a response. I called the adjuster and couldn't get a hold of them. I finally got a hold of someone else, and I received the estimate of what it would cost and agreed. I asked if she wanted me to proceed, and she said yes, and to take pictures. The other adjuster found out he was no longer on the case. He called [redacted] and I talked to him and told him I was told to proceed, and he told me not to. I told him that they're not agreeing to pay for these things, though I have proof. They tried to discredit them. I told [redacted] we'd get it straightened out. I talked to him about the metal, and we said we'd get that straightened out as well. I said they need to agree to pay for the side walls too to make the process work. He said they would have to come back out, which I agreed to. I didn't hear from them then [redacted] called me. I went and talked to her and we had an understanding. She wanted me to do the roof, and that day, it rained. She was clear on this. I've been to her house 7 or 8 times to talk to her. Every day we try has a chance of rain. I made it clear I would not do roof work if there is over a 30% chance of rain. I told her I had her money because I need to get the insurance company on board first, following normal procedure. She accepted everything I was telling her. I saw she filed a complaint, and I asked her why, and she said she felt we were taking advantage of her. She then changed her mind saying she didn't want to do the metal roof. She said she had a check for the synthetic, but would not pay for the metal. This was not right. I told her to have them talk to me so I could work directly with them so we could come to an agreement with the metal. She went off the other end. She started bad mouthing me to my grandfather, and I told him the situation. The last time she called me she left me a nasty message. I'm waiting for the adjuster to call me back. She's trying to commit insurance fraud by not paying her deductible, which is not okay with me. She wants me to do her job out of pocket I believe. I only got to finish the shed and the shingles. I'm not refunding her money because I have a contract on her job. The money is already tied up in her gutter materials and the rest is in the shingles and building. As far as money goes, insurance has not yet paid for it. I have a day scheduled to go work on her gutters and get her shed roof done. The metal building shed is still up to the insurance company, since they are not agreeing on giving her money until I give them proof that it needs to be done.

I signed no contract. He took my money and did not do the job. I would never recommend him.
