Gutter Works was paid to install new gutters and downspouts. I ok'ed the work, paid them, they left and at the first rain the gutters started falling apart. Their response was for a service fee to come back for this problem

The business went back to the consumer's house to check on the job. The job looked fine, and the consumer was there. There first service call was not charged. The business left, and after that the consumer called back. He stated a down spout had fallen at that point. The business said they would come back, but they would have to charge. The business indicated to Revdex.com, there was nothing wrong with the gutters.
