ATTENTION [redacted] , IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT: THE LETTER STATES THAT MRAND MRS [redacted] LEFT A MESSAGE FOR [redacted] ***(HE WAS ON VACATION DURING THE TIME FRAME THE CUSTOMERS CALLED) AN EMAIL WAS RECEIVED, HOWEVER [redacted] DID NOT READ THE EMAIL UNTIL HE GOT BACK FROM VACATIONBY THAT TIME, THE DEPOSIT WAS REFUNDED BY THAT TIME I BEILEVE THERE WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION, VIA PHONE AND EMAIL THANK YOU [redacted] SALES MANAGER

Hello ,  this homeowner did contact us to let us know that his system seem to not be working ,we dispatch the service manager  i'll to his home and check the system . What we discovered as the system is working properly with taking pictures to document that's the problem is the homeowner...

waited to long to turn it on. The system is  design to melt snow when ice from your gutters . Operating temperature for this unit is between 10 and 25° anything below that the system doesn't work is as desired. It must be turned on 12 hrs or better before it heats to it maximum temperature which is 20 to 25° of Above ambient temperature. It must be turned on and remain on until snow or ice is cleared. After inspection of the system by our  certified technician there is no flaw in the system. We recommend the home owner turn it on and leave it on until it does its job.  Thank youCody [redacted] owner

Thank you for your response , again after testing the system we feel that is operating as designed. We can not be responsible if it was not turned on in time . Also damages to the inside of the home is because of a defective roof possibly and not or products. Thank you Cody
