GutterGlove of S. W. Virginia

Review: In September of 2011 at our home in Roanoke, VA, we had GutterGlove gutter protection installed by Mr. Harry Wayne Jackson. On his advice we had our front porch gutter slightly lowered so that the installation of GutterGlove be easier and more sightly. In so doing the original single piece gutter was divided into independent 2 pieces, each one with its own downspout. Where the 2 gutter used to meet a strong drip developed. A mistake had been made: these gutters should have been connected with an elbow and never separated. From then on at the junction of these 2 gutters we've had a powerful drip that sheds water on the front porch, right by the main door, and water accumulates by the foundation in a very large puddle. I have pictures of every aspect of that sorry situation. That situation is much worse than before resorting to GutterGlove!The problem was reported many times to Mr. Harry Wayne Jackson.He finally came to our home in the Fall of 2012, but only after we had called Gutterglove, Inc. in California some 3 or 4 times so that they would put pressure on him. He also came to correct a different problem but minor with his gutters in another part of the house. At that time he promised he would call one of his employees to make come and fix the drip by the front porch. Nothing ever happened. Each and every time I have called Mr. Harry Wayne Jackson, he has promised that he would call that same employee. The same promise was again made to me last month. Now it is July 13, 2013 and absolutely nothing has been done.Mr. Harry Wayne Jackson has not considered my situation seriously, nor has he kept any of his promises to fix this very bothersome and unsightly problem. I would gladly hire someone else to fix my problem, but it happens that Mr. Harry Wayne Jackson is the only person in this area to have the GutterGlove. As for GutterGlove itself it is actually a great product. It is the installer who is not professional.Pictures of the situation are on my Facebook page.Desired Settlement: I simply would like that Mr. Harry Wayne Jackson send us a team of his employees to fix that problem once and for all. I do not want any refunds, just that this drip be gotten rid of and that the product be allowed to perform as it does elsewhere around the house.I thank you for your help in this matter.

Review: This actually involves customer service and product issues as well as guarantee issues. The gutter glove ( a gutter guard type of system) was suppose to let water into my gutters without allowing leaves & other debris into the gutters. It has failed to have all rain water enter the gutters (possibly because the fine mesh system clogs up with debris) to the point where there are dark streaks all along the "new" white gutters (installed by another company one week before the gutterglove) from water running over the gutters! When it rains hard you can see rain water cascading off the roof/gutters instead of going into the gutters! I contacted Mr Wayne Jackson of GutterGlove of SW Virginia on 11/4/13 regarding this problem. He said he would be out on 11/5/13 in the AM to look at it. He never showed up & repeated attempts to call him again have gone to voice mail with no return calls to messages that I left on his voice mail! This product is suppose to eliminate the need to clean gutters & I was told that rain water would go through the mesh into the gutter. But the mesh evidently will not handle a heavy rain & the mesh does get clogged to the point where most all rain water goes over the gutter instead of into it. What good is the gutter glove if you have to constantly clean the mesh. I might as well clean my gutters w/o any cover product!!!!Desired Settlement: Refund the purchase price & remove the product from my house!
