This company is only out to get your money. They don't show up, don't call and when you try to cancel the contract, they want 30% of the total price, which in my case is over $3,000 for no work whatsoever. If they can't show up for an appointment, how do I know they are going to show up and do the work, let alone complete it or use the materials they promised to use. Stay as far away from this company and Bath Planet, their subsidiary.

The comments from *** is completely not true. We had an appointment set up to measure her bath. We called to make sure she was at home and no answer. We called again to reschedule and she wanted to cancel. I called Mrs. and wanted to help her. She rudely hung up the phone on me before I could even get a few words out. We immediately refunded the amount back to her credit card. I dont know why she is so upset. I did everything I can to address her concerns and made sure you can her money back.

I appreciate Daniel B getting back to you, but he has been mis-informed by his employees. I did have an appointment with Kenny set up for 6 pm on Friday Sept. 7th. I did not receive a call that day or evening, nor did Kenny show up. I have saved all my phone calls from anyone in the company and I have neighbors who can prove that I was at home between 5:30 and 5:45 pm and the appointment was at 6 pm. Mr. B was rude on his phone call to me and I did hang up on him. I am just glad that he has refunded the amount back on my credit card and I just want to forget the whole experience. The Revdex.com needs to not recommend this company since they use their Revdex.com affiliation in their ads.

I went on line and found a Best Choice Home bathroom installer. I entered my information and received a call on 08/14/18 at 10:43 am asking me to call and schedule an appointment.
I called on 8/15/18 and an appointment was set up for 8/24/18 at 12 noon. *** came and we discussed what I wanted done in my bathroom. I wanted the tub removed and a shower installed. We reviewed all the choices of tile, doors, fixtures, etc. and once that was done, he informed me of the price. He said a deposit of $3,990 was required and the rest later on. I gave him my charge card and the order was done. I told him I didn't expect installation until after Thanksgiving. He said fine.
I got a call and an email from *** introducing herself and welcoming me as a customer. This was on Monday, August 27th.
On Tuesday, September 4th,*** left a message at 11:55 am on my answering machine stating that he needed to set up an appointment to measure the area to be worked on. I returned his call on Wednesday, September 5th and we set up a time for Friday, September 7th at 6 pm.*** never showed up and never called to change the appointment. I emailed Nichole on Sunday, September 9 at 7:35 pm and told her what happened and asked if there was someone else who could come and measure.
*** called me on Monday, Sept. 10th and left a voice mail and I returned her call. She said*** would call me during his 'lunch hour? to reschedule the measuring.
I did not get a call during the day and did not have a message on my machine when I got home on Monday night. I emailed *** at 6:32 pm letting her know that I have not heard from*** and that I just want to know how to cancel my order.
She emailed me back at 7:01 pm and said she has forwarded my email to the office manager and that she'll take care of everything from there.
I finally got a call from*** on Monday 9/10 at 6:53 pm and I told him I was cancelling the order.
On Wednesday, Sept. 12th I emailed *** to ask if I was still responsible for the down payment because I didn't see that it had been removed from my charge card.
I got an email at 7:37 that she was leaving the office and would have an answer for me the next day.
At 8:33 pm *** called stating that he was the owner of Bath Planet. I explained all I had been through and that I have lost all trust with his company and that I wanted to cancel the order. He said ? we have a contract'..'. I interrupted him and shockingly asking him if he was holding me responsible for the whole thing and I hung up I was so upset.
I emailed *** on Wednesday, September 12th at 8:47 pm and told her I learned that *** wanted me to pay for the whole thing. She emailed me on Thursday, Sept. 13th that I would not be charge the entire price and that either she or *** would contact me.
On Friday, September 14th, I called my charge card and told them I was disputing the charge because the company broke the contract with their failure to keep appointments and promises.
On Friday night sometime after 5:30 pm, *** called me and told me that normally they charge 30% of the total charge for a cancellation, but she talked to *** and he agreed to only 10% of the total charge. Which would mean that I have to pay $904 for canceling the order. She also emailed me what she said at 5:51 pm. I told her since I felt that Bath Planet broke the contract due to their no show at the appointment and failed calls, I was going to go on with the dispute through my credit card company.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would like the contract cancelled at no cost to me (no cancellation fee). The charge to my credit card reversed and no further contact with this company.

My charge card reversed the charges from Bath Planet and I have never heard anything more. So I feel that it is over.

Great work. Love the design and look of the windows.....and gutters......Rob was the best salesperson he was honest and very informative. You will be disappointed with the outcome.

The service was outstanding and Rob delivered all that he promised. They even followed up after the installation. In very satisfied with their work

I met with Robb about replacing my gutters. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm looking forward to the gutters being installed.

Paid a deposit (by check) for gutter installation at one price but was offered a lower contract price by a different employee in another department. Charged the deposit for the new contract amount to my credit card and the balance was paid by check upon completion of the job. I expected to be contacted by the company for feedback of my satisfaction of the job, but that did not happen.
I left the country on vacation a few days after the installation where I was notified that my credit card balance had exceeded my credit limit due to unauthorized charges and fees applied to my by this company. The amount charged to my credit card was more than double the amount that was agreed upon and authorized under the new contract.
Upon my return, I made several attempts to contact the owner of the company but was advised by the bookkeeper that the owner would only refer me back to her and that when I signed the contract ( before the credit card was provided) I was authorizing the company to charge my card and they did not require my authorization for the excessive charges. The installation was shoddy, shingles were broken, and there are gaps between sections of the leaf guards.
This complaint is being submitted after numerous attempts to speak with Daniel Bradley, who I am told owns the company.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I would like to be contacted by the responsible party at this company, reimbursed the over payment and fees/penalties applied to my credit card, and installation and repairs done by a professionally trained installer. An apology would be nice, along with training for the staff in the art of excellent customer service.

Thank you for notifying us regarding the complaint filed by our customer Mrs *** We had two customers with the same last name *** 1 customer was a residential customer and the other customer had a commercial job for us to install. Unfortunately, my employee got the 2 customers' confused and offered Mrs ***a commercial discount on a residential job. This was done by mistake. My Sales Manager called Mrs ***and apologized for the confusion and told her we had to stick with the original pricing of her contract. This was done before the job was installed and she had the option to cancel but didnt. She told us to go ahead and install the job. I personally called Mrs ***4 times to speak with her about this job. I wanted to make sure she was ok after the install. My Sales Manager called her 3 times and my Office Manager called twice. We made numerous attempts to make sure she was satisfy before and after the job. We found out later that the reason Mrs ***didnt answer our calls is because she went out of the country. When Mrs ***got back home she called the Florida office and not the Georgia office. My staff would have responded right away had she called the right office. The discount was in the amount of $1200 dollars and not doubled as Mrs ***stated.

I called and went out to see Mrs ***the second I saw this complaint. I wanted to hear her side of what happened. I also inspected the job my installer did. The installation was not shoddy at all. The installer who did her job has been working for my company for 4 years and doing gutters for 10 years. He is a very experienced installer and does great work. The shingles looked to be worn and broken due to natural wear and tear. However, I do not have a picture of her roof before we installed the job.

I had a good conversation with Mrs ***while I was at her house. I can understand where she was coming from regarding the pricing. I didnt want her to feel like we took a discount away from her. So I did the following for Mrs ***to make her feel more comfortable with my company. I refunded the $1200.00 dollars to her credit card. I ordered an inspection from my installation department to recheck the job we did at her house. I wanted to make sure there were not gaps in the Gutterglove system we installed. I called her roofing company and told them to replace a few of the shingles she said we damaged. Overall, I think Mrs ***was happy about her experience when I left.
