I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as no other requests for payment are receivedSome proof reading on his part could have made the response a bit easier to follow, and I find it laughable that he claims I did not want to pay, and I basically "gave" him half of the invoice amount for work that was done on the wrong area of my house to just make this whole thing and Mr*** go awayA search of the internet shows that this not an isolated incident and Mr***'s online reputation speaks for itself!

The job was done for Mr. [redacted] on 8/30/17 they started at 9:10 a.m. completed at 10:40 a.m. The installers had called and said the fascia boards were not rotten so they were not replaced. Mr. [redacted] was called the day before and told the crew would be there in the morning.The bid that was sent to...

Mr. [redacted] stated left side of house if there was a problem way was this not questioned. Invoice was sent out 9/7/17 for the work done Never heard from Mr. [redacted] that the wrong side was done untill I e-mailed and sent invoice on Dec. 17,17. We concluded that we were wrong and he was wrong and to pay 1/2 the bill. The accounting firm did not take off list and sent another invoice and this should not have happened. They have taken him off the list. Mr. [redacted] claims to have been home for several days and no response to the phone message or invoice sent leads me to think he did not what to pay. We never ask for money up front be for a job and expect to be paid after job was done.Thank You[redacted]
