I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They started out great. Gave us an estimate on Sunday April 17th and came on Monday April 18th to install gutters along the back of our house. My husband went around with the girl who did the estimate and showed her where he wanted the gutter to come down. We are in the process of putting in a pool so there is a concrete slab where the pool pump and other equipment will eventually go. We came home Monday to find that the end of the gutter is literally coming down on top of the concrete slab where the pool equipment is going to go. I have lost count of how many people and how many calls we have made to try and get this resolved. For weeks they kept saying they would come and look at it. After 3 weeks we finally got someone to come out. We thought he was there to fix it but, he was there to look at the issue and get with the owner to see what they would do. The guy who came was the same it who installed it in the first place. Monday (May 9th) came and went no call. My husband called again and once again was told they would be there Tuesday, nothing. Called again, be there Wednesday, nothing. Same on Thursday. They finally decided to show up on Friday May 13th to fix the issue. BEWARE of this company as well as Budget Gutters and Tri County Cutters. They are all owned by the same person Manual Romero. I asked to speak the owner and asked for him by name I was told that "She is not allowed to give out his number". This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their work or reputation.
