I paid Gutters a $1300.00 deposit for siding materials and the work was never done, the materials were not delivered and the company has not refunded my deposit, although on numerous occasions the *** said he would be by to deliver my deposit and always came up with an excuse as to why he could not make it, until he just stopped responding to my request for refund altogether.
