Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I have never received a letter of notification from Mr [redacted] and this still does not justify his refusal to respond to my many phone messagesRegardless of his decision to not operate in Northern Rhode Island, I would expect he would honor any work that was in progress prior to that business decisionAt the time Mr [redacted] 's worker disabled my heating system he was servicing Pawtucket and should have completed the job within a couple of weeks as promised or at least made other arrangements at that time, or at the very least contacted me with an explanationWhen I asked Mr [redacted] for an update in May he told me that the part was on order, he never mentioned not being willing or able to complete the jobJust because he decided to change his service area does not justify not completing work that was in progressHis business is located in Cranston, 10-minutes from Pawtucket, so I feel he is very capable of sending someone to my home to complete the work he startedThis is not a new job but the completion of one already startedAlso I have never received a part from [redacted] or Mr [redacted] and was never advised by Mr [redacted] that I should expect to receive one Regards, [redacted]

The Client has sent me text message with the request for a receipt of payment for warranty and our company has sent he requested documentWe feel this is a viable resolution

I find it ridiculous that Mr*** could possibly believe that his last minute, minimal effort could somehow result in a resolution to this complaintIt amazes me that after countless attempts to contact Mr*** he finally respond to me when he sees an easy way out of this situationIn response to my request to Mr*** to send me a copy of the invoice for warranty purposes (which he never provided to me after installation) he gives me an invoice that does not have a model number, where purchased, no serial number, and is useless to me for warranty purposesThe only satisfactory resolution to this would have been for Mr*** to order the part from the supplier he purchased it from (who has all of the information and is the procedure according to the manufacturer) and at least ensured I got the part, never mind installing it per his own companies warrantyInstead he dodged my calls for months, provided misinformation in his responses to this complaint ie; he never ordered the part, he never notified me of his decision to not service Pawtucket, never had the part ordered for delivery to my house (*** told me they would never do that) I had the job completed by another company because I could no longer wait for Mr*** to decide to do the right thingThe cost to me was $for the part and $for laborIt took less than an hour to install which Mr*** could have easily had done should he have chosen to complete the job he startedMy complaint with Mr*** stands and I do not in anyway consider Mr*** to have made any conscious attempt to work with me

Our company received a phone call for a heating problem. We responded and I went to the home and diagnosed problem. We normally have a $129.00 dispatch fee but this was waived for this call. We drove 35 minutes each way to diagnose problem and I was at the house for over an hour. We only charged...

$75.00. We had compassion for the circumstances. We left and returned with part. The [redacted] pump cost our company $247.00. We charged $325.00 for the install. My guy was there for 2.5 hrs and had a return trip. We are a paperless company and when we collected check we were notified that they had no means to get email so I went to shop and printed receipts and put them in outgoing mail. We are not responsible for rebates nor do we promise rebates. For the customer to say we did nothing and promised rebates is not a true statement. I will mail receipts this week for a second time. Hopefully this is resolved.

[redacted] mentioned that he sent out the jacket/panel last Friday.  It's been a week now and I still have not received the jacket/panel.  I doubt it takes more than a week to mail something 2-3 towns over.  At this point, I doubt [redacted] even has a replacement panel for the dented boiler. Regards,

I am not confident he will service my boiler and want a refund of this 3 year service plan as well as a replacement of the dented boiler panel.

Hello,This is a request to reopen case #[redacted]. Guy Clermont and I agree to resolve the issue on 11/17. However, he has not provided me with the new furnace panel/jacket as well a refund for the 3 year annual cleaning. I reached out to him on 11/30 and as usually he has ignored me. Thanks,[redacted]

Comaint no. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] is lying. From the amount of time that was spent here to his claim about a rebate we were told we would get. We still have not received a receipt. Our biggest mistake was not checking into this company before hiring him.

I was under the assumption [redacted] had to accept resolution. If he accepts it I will proceed with shipping and refund. I just want to be sure it will be finalized
