Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am currently disputing the purchase of the photo (piece) with my credit card company and was advised by my credit card company to accept the delivery My initial complaint was that the company was deceptive with the entire transaction: attempting to coerce me in signing a document stating that (the company) would not be responsible if the item was lost or damaged while being in transit to me (which by the way the item was damaged); this information was provided after a payment was made They also attempted to charging me additional monies, which it is when I decided to cancel my order After I complained and stated that I did not want the item due to their terms, they stated they would "waive" the additional charge and the signing of the indemnification form This company is a scam and bullied me into the purchase while presenting me with no options The company needed to provide me with their terms and conditions before payment was processed not after; I would've never proceeded with the purchased In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The response provided by the company is exactly the same from February **, 2016; their response does not resolve my complaint. Again, I am currently disputing the purchase of the photo (piece) with my credit card company and was advised by my credit card company to accept the delivery.  My initial complaint was that the company was deceptive with the entire transaction: attempting to coerce me in signing a document stating that (the company) would not be responsible if the item was lost or damaged while being in transit to me (the item was received on 02/**/16 and the piece was damaged); this information was provided after a payment was made.  They also attempted to charging me additional monies, which it is when I decided to cancel my order.  After I complained and stated that I did not want the item due to their terms, they stated they would "waive" the additional charge and the signing of the indemnification form.  This company is a scam and bullied me into the purchase while presenting me with no options.  The company needed to provide me with their terms and conditions before payment was processed not after; I would've never proceeded with the purchased.
