Complaint* ***I am rejecting this response because:
they just called me and told me their crew will NOT be out today and they will get them out one day next weekI'm back in the same situation, being blown off again! I have been waiting for this repair from them since JANUARYmonths!!! I have no trust whatsoever that they will actually be out here next week because I have heard this same excuse from them multiple times already.

Guys fencing contacted me late Wednesday, 5/20/and made arrangements to start our project on Thursday 5/21/15, which I was able to accommodate, and finished on 5/26/They did an outstanding job, which is why we hired them
We are aware of the repair that needs to be doneWe have been very short handed this year and very short on lumber due to this past winters rain
Guy has the crew who built the fence working in the area, and they will be stopping by tomorrow 09/01/to replace the bad post

have already called the homeowner to confirm tomorrows repair date
