It was a pleasure working with Guyette Roofing and ConstructionBill G [redacted] and the crew at Guyette Roofing and Construction are very professional and truly care about their customer's satisfaction My experience with Guyette has been exceptionalEverything starting with my need for an inspection of my Roof to the Proposal for a total tear off and replacement of a new Roof was as we discussed and as listed in the Proposal The Roof replacement was completed with a free upgrade to Architectural Shingles, one-year weather-tight warranty from Guyette and a 30-year manufacturer's warranty on the shinglesI had the choice of several CertainTeed Landmark Series Singles, my choice of Weathered Wood looks great I highly recommend Guyette Roofing and Construction for your Roofing job The Guyette Roofing crew showed up mid-morning and had my new Roof installed and the site cleaned up that same dayI want to give a special Thank you to Paul T [redacted] - Project Manager who was on site and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction Paul was also able to accommodate a last minute relocation of my Kitchen Hood Fan ducting which was something I had forgot about until the installation day Do yourself a favor and call Guyette Roofing, you will be glad you did

I had work done by Guyettes Contracting in 10/and the worked looked great until the summer came and in 058/I noticed the doors that were painted at my property were blistering from the heatI notified the company 08/07/and I was told someone would contact me and unfortunately no one didI made contact again 11/11/2015, 11/12/and also called and spoke to the office clerk and then called and spoke to MrGuyette's wife twice and each time I was told that someone would contact me and again no one didOn 01/10/2006- I noticed the company was working on a roof in my neighborhood around 7:30am and I asked to speak to someone in charge and one of the men came off the roof and introduced himself as a memeber of the Guyette householdI asked him if he could drive over to the property that was serviced 10/and look at the paint job and let me know what could be doneThe guy told my daughter, who was home at the time of his visit,that the paint had blistered because the

Guyette Roofing quoted a price for roofing and repairing wood damage to the eave of my home
The service provided was unprofessional and problematicThe aluminum awning over my patio was punctured and had to be replacedGuyette did cover the replacement costTarps used to catch the old rood removal was draped over shrubbery that was stomped on causing damage
After paying Guyette for the job, a few weeks later I noticed the repair of the eave was failingI contacted Guyette about the problem A week or two later I received a check in the mail with a hand written note saying "As a follow up I'm refunding your money for the carpentry work on the right side of your house." No explanation as to whyI guess Guyette feels justified for this unprofessional action because there is a clause on the estimate that states "hidden damage" charges will be additionalThe eave repair wasn't hidden, they agreed to repair it before the job was startedI'm just dumbfoundedI don't know whether to cash the check or seek legal advise

They were on time and worked at a steady pace High caliber supervision and workmanship
Thorough cleanup I would certainly recommend and/or use again

I had a serious leak in one of my bathrooms and called Guyette Roofing They responded the next day, located the problem and repaired the leak It was actually a vent pipe in the bathroom that was causing the leak so decking and shingles had to be removed and replaced Billy could not have been more professional and informative The repair went flawlessly I knew that I needed a new roof so I talked with him about it He gave me a price and explained everything to me in depth I cannot say enough good things about this company I moved here from Atlanta a few years ago and have found that the service industry here as a general rule does not seem to take pride in their work Guyette Roofing is certainly an exception I plan to write another review once the new roof is installed
